Funeral Ceremonies

Every life lived is unique, and every farewell should reflect that life. My role is to create a funeral service that honors your loved one, one where their voice is heard in the stories shared. Together, we gather to celebrate their life with honor, dignity, and warmth.

Working closely with you, I will craft a ceremony that tells their story, sharing the memories, milestones, and moments that made them who they were. We can include humor and warmth where it feels right, bringing comfort and light even during difficult moments, while ensuring every detail respects your wishes. The result is an uplifting and meaningful farewell that truly reflects their life and personality.

There are no restrictions when it comes to personalization. Any piece of music, reading, poem, prayer, or hymn can be included, whether traditional or modern, familiar or unique. We can incorporate symbolic rituals, meaningful gestures, or creative touches that make the service deeply personal.

It’s their story, told their way.

Interment & Scattering Ceremonies

Saying goodbye doesn’t always end on the day of the funeral. Many families choose to gather later to inter or scatter their loved one’s ashes in a place that meant something special to them.

Whether it is a quiet moment with close family or a small gathering of friends, I can help create a simple and meaningful ceremony with readings, music and shared memories, offering a peaceful moment to reflect and say a final farewell.

A Written Keepsake

At the end of every service, I present the family with a printed copy of the eulogy as a small keepsake.

It is carefully prepared and presented in a folder so that the words shared during the service can be kept and revisited in the years to come. For many families, it becomes a treasured reminder of the stories, memories and love that were shared on the day.

Additional copies can also be arranged for close family members who may wish to keep a copy of the words shared.
